         switch, Mudular board. Distribution board with miniature breakers to ensure safety. One fan and one Tude light will be provided in all rooms.
  • Loft: One loft will be provided as per arch. Design.
  • Water Supply: Bore well with hydro pneumatic presser system for 24 hours water supply.
  • Terracet: China mosain flooring to ensure water proofing and reduce heat transfer.
